Dongguan Junjia Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., under the leadership of Director Gao and General Manager Liu, organized its core departments and team members to attend the annual important meeting of the company at the Nanxiong Renhe International Hotel in Shaoguan on November 29, 2025. At the beginning of the meeting, the middle and senior leaders of the Human Resources Department, Marketing Department, Procurement Department, Quality Control Department, Materials Department, Engineering Department, Production Department, R&D Department, General Office, etc. reported their work summary for 2025 and the 2026 annual plan. In this meeting, the company's general manager emphasized that "in 2025, we have no luck of lying down, only the confidence of practical work!" In the global economy, In such a complex situation, our Junjia ship has withstood the storm and achieved steady growth. The following "six improvements" have been achieved:

 

【1】 The market foundation has become more stable: this year's revenue has exceeded 120 million for the first time, with a year-on-year growth of over 60%; Exceeding the minimum target set at the beginning of the year. Among them, the core business sector has made outstanding contributions, with battery related industry revenue of about 40 million yuan, accounting for [35]%. Lidar has doubled its revenue with innovative products, and industry-leading enterprises are all our customers, becoming the company's new growth engine and achieving a qualitative leap! Our products and technology have been recognized by top customers;

【2】 The quality reputation has become even louder: after a year of fierce efforts, our main product line has achieved a direct pass rate of 97.5%. Although it is slightly below the target of 99%, there has been tremendous progress! Customer complaints have shown a significant decrease in PPM, which is a golden signboard earned through hard work by all colleagues;

【3】 The team cohesion has become stronger: when faced with several urgent large orders, our various departments can quickly work together, tackle them overnight, and ultimately deliver on time. This proves that our Jun Jia people are a reliable team capable of fighting tough battles!

【4】 The R&D team closely follows the pace of market development, participates in customer product pre research, continuously innovates technology, and obtained 2 invention patents in 2026. They deeply participated in the power generation project of Ningde Times' high-frequency and low loss gallium nitride solution, and obtained millions of orders;

【5】 Strengthen team building: Improve the talent introduction mechanism, develop scientific and reasonable talent introduction plans based on the company's development needs, broaden talent introduction channels, and attract more outstanding talents to join the company. At the same time, we will strengthen talent cultivation, establish a sound talent cultivation system, provide more training and promotion opportunities for employees, and build a high-quality and professional talent team.
