On October 23rd, the Fourth General Assembly of Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association and the First Session of the Fourth Membership Conference were held in Dongguan. The conference reviewed and approved the third board of directors, supervisory board, and financial work report, and voted to approve the new articles of association and election methods. Through anonymous voting, Gu Junnong was elected as the president, Zhang Wei and four others were elected as vice presidents, and Li Hongbing was elected as the secretary-general. The conference successfully completed the handover of leadership, consolidating consensus and strength for the high-quality development of the industry.

On the afternoon of October 23, 2026, the Fourth General Assembly of Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association and the First Session of the Fourth Membership Conference were grandly held at Dongguan Shunluo Electronics Co., Ltd.

Representatives from all member units of the association gathered together to listen to and review the work reports of the third board of directors, the supervisory board, and the financial work report. They voted to approve the election method for the fourth board of directors (supervisory board) and the association's articles of association (draft), and elected the fourth board of directors, supervisory board, and new leadership team of the association through anonymous voting.

The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem.

The meeting was first attended by President Cai Jinbo, who presented the "Work Report of the Third Council of the Association", comprehensively reviewing the fruitful achievements of the Association in party building leadership, internal governance, technological innovation, talent cultivation, platform building, and fulfilling social responsibilities over the past five years; Wang Chengzhang, the chairman of the board of supervisors, delivered the "Work Report of the Third Supervisory Board of the Association", affirming the decision-making process and financial operation of the board of directors; Secretary General Chen Hui delivered the Financial Work Report of the Third Council of the Association.

All attending representatives carefully listened to and deliberated on the above-mentioned report.

Before the start of the general election, Du Haiqun, the secretary of the association's party branch, read out the "Notice of the Social Work Department of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Review Results of the Proposed Person in Charge of the Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association".

Subsequently, the conference strictly followed the procedures for the election of new members, reviewed and voted on the "Election Method for the Fourth Board of Directors (Supervisors) of the Association" and the "Draft Articles of Association", announced the number of expected and actual members, and voted on the list of scrutineers, vote tellers, and vote counters.

In a rigorous, open, and fair atmosphere, the conference conducted the election of the fourth board of directors, responsible persons, supervisory board, and chairman of supervisors through anonymous voting.

According to the on-site announcement of the vote counting results by the scrutineer Nie Yingfa, a new leadership team was elected at the conference

Gu Junnong of Shenzhen Kelike Technology Co., Ltd. was elected as the fourth president; Zhang Wei from Dongguan Mingpu Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Li Zhangong from Shenzhen Jingquanhua Technology Co., Ltd., Wu Junwei from Shenzhen Yamaxi Technology Co., Ltd., and Xu Xuegu from Boluo Jiazhi Electronics Co., Ltd. were elected as vice presidents; Li Hongbing of Guangdong Dabit Network Technology Co., Ltd. has been elected as the Secretary General and Legal Representative.

In addition, the conference also elected the fourth board of supervisors, with Huang Shaohua of Dongguan Jialong Haijie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. elected as the chairman of the board of supervisors, Li Heng of Huizhou Magnetic Pole New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Wang Yongfei of Guangzhou Jinci Haina New Material Technology Co., Ltd. elected as supervisors.

The fourth council meeting was held concurrently with the conference.

The newly appointed president Gu Junnong delivered an inaugural speech at the meeting, stating that the new council will serve as a good service provider for the industry, act as a connector for the industrial chain, guard the door to the industry ecology, lead member enterprises to seize opportunities for industrial transformation such as new energy and AI computing power, and continue to promote technological innovation and transformation upgrading in Guangdong's magnetic components industry.

Subsequently, the new Vice President and Secretary General spoke separately, and the Vice Presidents unanimously expressed their full assistance to President Gu Junnong, focusing on technological innovation and industrial chain collaboration. Through organizing technology salons, deepening the integration of zero integration, teaming up to expand markets, and promoting industry education integration, practical measures will be taken to effectively solve industry pain points.

Secretary General Li Hongbing stated that the Secretariat will resolutely implement the resolutions of the Council, under the leadership of President Gu, transform various resolutions into concrete actions, conduct regular visits and listen to member demands, improve service accuracy and execution, and make every effort to build the association into a "member's home" with centripetal force.

This conference strictly followed laws and regulations, and successfully completed all established agendas. This is not only a leadership change conference that carries on the past and opens up the future, but also a mobilization conference that consolidates industry strength and boosts development confidence.

Looking ahead to the future, under the leadership of the new council, the Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association will surely take a new step forward and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of the magnetic components industry in Guangdong and even the whole country!
